Tally Health Packaging Redesign
Tally Health offers a suite of cutting-edge longevity supplements, formulated by scientists, that target aging at a cellular level.
The goal of the redesign was to create an engaging and informative experience for customers by enhancing the visual appeal and functionality of the packaging system.
Before
Supplement subscribers received pills in a cardboard dispenser that contained a roll of plastic sachets. Each sachet contained one daily dose.
Creative Considerations:
Customer feedback about bulkiness, difficulty pulling the packets out of the opening, and inconvenience of having loose pills when ramping up dosage
Business requirements included minimum two year bulk stability, reduced materials, lower cost per unit and better shipping costs.
After
The new packaging system consisted of a refillable glass jar and sustainable refill pouches delivered monthly. We reduced costs by selecting an off the shelf jar and painting it with the Tally brand burgundy color. The lid is a soft touch matte finish in a matching brand color. Skus are differentiated by the sticker label.
Creative Wins:
Improved customer experience
Reduced shipping costs
Increased to two year bulk stability
Ability to sell in retail
Dielines for outer box to allow the jars to be sold in retail locations.
Secondary Packaging
Set up box design for Tally Health’s at home epigenetic age test.
Test Kit Packaging
In every test kit box, a new member welcome booklet was included introducing the brand and some of the world’s longest lived plants and animals.
New Member Booklet
Presentation design for a retail pitch deck featuring the full suite of products in the new packaging.
